Words without Borders.

The jargon and language used is tacit knowledge to people working in the profession but not those that are working towards an upward mobility with no guidance- family or friends that are aware of the other side. There is a need for a a Bread Crumbs trail that gives a direction to connect where we are and where we need to go.

The drawing and the use of the words 'Silicon Valley' and  '1%'is not an accurate representation, but used metaphorically .
