I felt abused by the information products I needed to use- they were taking advantage of user's needs

Linkedin, FB etc.

If they actually just focus on informing users- they would even have many paying customers.
People don't want to do the hard jobs.

Once the conversation shifts from how to and where to and what to apply (The tool/ algorithm/ formula) as most teh workers like to ask/ think/ work.( Speaking from experience)

Once the conversation shifts to how to, whom to, why to inform- It will be a whole better place for everyone involved.

Transparency, honesty and integrity will earn hearts and money. That's my philosophy as an information professional.
