I looked up hci on andys suggestion and opened images just to look at keywords so that i may get an idea of what all things are involved in hci
i only recognize the word - task analysis.
heuristics etc no..
so no matter how much they improve search, it doesn't help the person  who doesn't know what they are looking for is called X.

No wonder the wikipedia entry was made by hci folks !
